The starting point
See if an Opportunity Map fits.
Tell me what's changed, what's getting in the way, or what you think the business could do better. I’ll review what you share. If an Opportunity Map may be a fit, I’ll discuss fit and proposed scope with you and provide a proposal before any paid work begins.
If another approach is a better fit, I’ll say so.
The Progression
The Opportunity Map is a paid, standalone engagement. Review the full offer.
Before you get in touch.
Who is an Opportunity Map for?
Established founder-led or closely held businesses with existing customers, useful assets, and a consequential decision ahead. It works best when leadership can share context, involve the right people, and act on the findings. It is not designed to validate a pre-revenue startup idea.
Do I need to know what to build?
No. Start with what you are noticing: a recurring customer request, a costly extra step, an underused asset, or several competing priorities. The Map helps determine what is worth pursuing before you commit to a solution.
What happens after I send an inquiry?
I review what you share and consider whether an Opportunity Map may be useful. If it may be a fit, I will discuss fit and proposed scope with you, then provide a proposal before any paid work begins.
